The Iron League of Chicago is a not-for-profit trade association that represents the metal fabricating industry in the Chicago area.  Incorporated in 1932, ILOC includes manufacturers, erectors and suppliers.


The Iron League of Chicago provides important benefits to employers of Local #63 ironworkers.  ILOC provides members with current business information, provides resources regarding labor and employee relations, and assists in negotiating and executing Local #63 contracts.  Along with union trustees, ILOC sits on and oversees the administration of health and welfare and pension funds.

The Architectural Iron Industry Advancement Trust Fund, a non-profit organization funded by contributions from companies that employ members of Local #63, awards college scholarships to children of Local #63 members and Local #63 employers.  Scholarship applications for the 2017-2018 Academic Year are now available.  Completed applications are due in the ILOC Office by July 31, 2017.
